Between busy schedules and travel, they realized home maintenance and other home-related issues, whether they were at home or away, were keeping them from doing the things they really enjoyed with family and friends.
What homeowners really want is a reliable partner they can trust.
One-Call Property Management and More
The founders realized what was really needed was a reliable partner who they could trust to shoulder all the detailed, and sometimes complex maintenance and repair responsibilities a luxury home brings, both inside and out. But where to look? To start with, property managers typically manage income-producing properties and wouldn’t provide the level of service they were looking for, or all the services they needed. A concierge service also wasn’t the answer. Concierge services only handle a limited number of perimeter services and don’t address the core issues of a home. What they really wanted was a unicorn-of-a-home-management-company that was kind of a property manager/appliance repair/handyman/landscaper/arborist/pool guy/gardener/pest control/security service/home concierge – and more - all rolled into one.

We simplify your life and save you time, removing the pressures of researching, accessing, contacting, meeting, and overseeing the needs of your property, using our vetted and insured preferred vendors or established vendors of your choice.
We can provide home checks, manage some or all your home services inside and out, procure emergency services, and oversee home projects of all kinds. When you join Curate Luxury’s Preferred Member Program, we meet with you to develop a home management plan that is tailored to your needs, including all the home services you desire.
